Fresh Mint Tea Lemonade
Somewhere between Moroccan mint tea and a proper lemonade lives this drink. Brew the tea strong — it has to hold its own against the ice.

- 2 tbsp green tea leaves, gunpowder
- 1 bunch fresh mint
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 lemons, juiced
- 1 tsp orange blossom water
- sparkling water
- ice & lemon wheels, to serve
- Brew the tea with half the mint in 500ml hot water for 5 minutes; strain and stir in the honey.
- Cool completely, then add lemon juice and orange blossom water.
- Fill glasses with ice, remaining mint and lemon wheels.
- Pour the tea base two-thirds up, top with sparkling water.
